The advantages a Combi-Ticket has to offer:

The Combi-Ticket is valid in the area of the Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr (VRR)
on buses

on surcharge-free trains of Deutsche Bahn (2nd class)

In the green area every fair visitor with the CombiTicket is mobile at a low price of € 1.
In the bright green marginal areas the CombiTicket is only valid on certain routes.

from far away: It is valid for the free transfer service between the Düsseldorf
